Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not for any reason, you can return products within 14 days of receiving them as long as they are unused and in the original condition including original packaging and labelling. If you wish to return a gift set containing multiple items, your return must be a whole set as we cannot accept partial return. You will need to cover the cost of shipping.

Please make sure you package your return properly and well protected to avoid damage while in transit. We strongly suggest to obtain a proof of postage or to use a tracking service as trouble can happen with any couriers.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your return and we will issue you a full refund provided the conditions are met.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt, we will arrange to send you a replacement product as soon as we can.
